Members of the Hard Rock Casino loyalty program or the Royal Caribbean Cruise rewards program can now receive benefits from both.
Hard Rock International, owned by Seminole Gaming, and Royal Caribbean Group are two of the largest employers in South Florida. And the two have “millions of combined members” in their loyalty programs, according to a press release.
Because of that, the companies have combined their rewards programs, allowing members of each to enjoy benefits offered by the other, said Jeff Hook, executive VP and CMO of Seminole Hard Rock Support Services.
“Whether extending their cruise vacation at one of our port-adjacent properties, visiting one of the participating Hard Rock Hotel and Cafe locations worldwide or enjoying the cruise lines’ ships sailing around the world, travelers will have new ways to enjoy the best of what Hard Rock, Seminole Casinos and Royal Caribbean and Celebrity have to offer.”
New benefits include exclusive discounts and free cruises
The Seminole Tribe of Florida operates six casinos in the Sunshine State. Florida online casinos are still illegal, but they would likely control that industry, too, if lawmakers legalize it. The tribe also offers retail sports betting at its casinos and online sports wagering on its Hard Rock Bet app. Royal Caribbean is the largest international cruise line from the mainland US.
Hard Rock loyalty members belong to the Unity by Hard Rock program. They can receive discounts on accommodations, meals, and other services at hundreds of Hard Rock venues worldwide.
The Club Royale and Blue Chip Club are the rewards programs for Royal Caribbean customers. Members receive points for every dollar they spend. In return, they can take advantage of travel upgrades, trips, stays, entertainment options, and more. There are even invite-only cruise giveaways available to members.
Unity by Hard Rock members will now be eligible for discounts on Royal Caribbean and Celebrity cruises and vacations. They will also be entered in a drawing to qualify for invite-only cruise giveaways. Top-tier members can also get an annual complimentary cruise “on select ships and itineraries.”
For members of either Club Royale or Blue Chip, their points activity will earn exclusive discounts and other benefits at select Hard Rock restaurant and casino locations. They can also earn annual complimentary stays at Hard Rock hotels worldwide.
Companies celebrate rewards programs merger with celebrations
Like a wedding, when two world-class companies team together to offer perks to their customers, it’s a cause for celebration. That’s what Hard Rock and Royal Caribbean are doing this week.
On April 26, EDM artist Zedd will headline a show at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood. Other musical guests will also appear. Ticketed guests will be eligible to win an exclusive getaway cruise dubbed the Icon of the Seas.
On Saturday, April 27, Terminal A at PortMiami will host a day of entertainment with local musicians, food, and more. People can enter to win a vacation on Icon’s seven-night Caribbean cruise.
