More and more professional sports teams are partnering with sports betting operators. Hard Rock Bet and the Jacksonville Jaguars are the latest to join the growing list.

This week, the team agreed to a deal with Hard Rock Digital, which makes Hard Rock Bet the official sportsbook of the Jaguars.

Jacksonville fans will benefit the most from the partnership, as the deal promises exciting promotions and unique access throughout the NFL season.

Free-to-play games will be available on Jaguars app

Hard Rock Bet is the lone operator offering Florida online sports betting. And 2024 marks the first time Florida residents can bet during a full season of NFL action. Furthermore, it’s Hard Rock’s first foray into the North Florida region. Previously, their advertising efforts were tied to South Florida’s professional sports franchises.

The partnership will enhance the experience for Jags fans, said Hard Rock Digital Managing Director of Corporate Strategy Nick Menas.

“Hard Rock Bet is thrilled to roll with the Jaguars and engage fans with our top-rated app. We are proud to be the sportsbook for every kind of player and look forward to enhancing game days by bringing Jags fans closer to the action than ever before.”

In a statement, Jaguars VP of Corporate Partnerships Scott Massey said the team is “always looking for innovative ways to provide Jaguars fans with unique opportunities.”

“Through our partnership with Hard Rock Bet, Jags fans will have access to a best-in-class sportsbook app, free-to-play casino games, and chances to make ‘money-can’t-buy’ memories.”

According to a release, the deal gives some Hard Rock Bet users backstage pass experiences at EverBank Stadium. Players can also secure VIP access to Jaguars’ off-site events.

Additionally, free-to-play games will be available on the official Jaguars app via Hard Rock Games. The games will be linked through the Hard Rock Neverland Casino, a social gaming platform.

Deal includes co-marketing at stadium and on social media

Jacksonville fans can expect to see a lot of Hard Rock Bet this year and beyond.

The release noted that Hard Rock’s sports betting platform and the team will share co-marketing elements. That includes “marquee signage” and branding at EverBank Stadium, along with social media, CRM and digital campaigns throughout the season.

Hard Rock has also connected with another Florida NFL team. Earlier this month, the operator hosted a season kick-off celebration for the Miami Dolphins at the Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood. Miami cheerleaders attended the event, along with T.D. (the Dolphins’ mascot) and a handful of former players. Fans enjoyed live music and a number of giveaways.
