A bettor in Hollywood, Florida turned a $15 MLB parlay into a $149,477 payout after correctly hitting all 15 legs on Tuesday’s full baseball slate through Hard Rock Bet.

According to Yahoo Sports, the wager was placed at 6:35 a.m. and included 14 moneyline picks and one run-line bet. The return was nearly 10,000 times the original stake.

A 15-leg ticket that needed every game to fall into place

The winning parlay covered all 15 MLB games that day. Several results required underdogs to come through, including the Mets’ 6-2 win over the Guardians and the Cubs’ 5-1 win over the Dodgers.

Other late outcomes helped complete the ticket. The Rays beat the Rockies in the 11th inning after erasing a late deficit, and the Tigers finished off the parlay with an 8-0 win over the Mariners.

Yahoo Sports reported that the bet was made through Hard Rock Bet, the sportsbook tied to Florida’s online sports betting market.

What is verified — and what is not

The source identifies the bettor only as being in Hollywood, Florida. It does not name the person or say whether the bettor is a Florida resident.

It is also not clear from the report what the full odds were for each leg or how the complete parlay was priced beyond the final payout.

What is clear is the scale of the win: a $15 bet producing a six-figure return on a 15-leg MLB parlay. For Florida sports betting readers, it is a notable example of how a small-stake parlay can produce an outsized payout — while still depending on every result to land exactly right.

As always, large wins are rare, and parlays remain among the riskiest bet types because one missed leg voids the entire ticket. Readers who bet should do so responsibly.
