Hard Rock Bet has been named the official sportsbook of the Miami Marlins under a new multi-year partnership announced Wednesday. For Florida sports bettors, the deal expands Hard Rock Bet’s visibility through one of the state’s major pro sports franchises and adds new in-game and in-app promotional tie-ins around Marlins home games.
According to the announcement, the agreement includes exclusive promotions, premium experiences, original content, and integrated activations at loanDepot park as well as across Marlins digital channels and broadcasts. Hard Rock Bet will also receive prominent branding inside the stadium, including digital outfield signage and featured content on the MarlinsVision videoboard.
The partnership extends to Marlins.TV telecasts, where Hard Rock Bet is set to present live odds and promotional offers during broadcasts. The companies also said the agreement will include social media campaigns, hospitality experiences, special access opportunities, and select in-ballpark activations throughout the season.
One player-facing element begins in August: eligible fans age 21 and older attending Marlins home games can receive a Bonus Bet in the Hard Rock Sportsbook app when the team hits a grand slam. The announcement did not disclose the value of the Bonus Bet or the full terms of the promotion.
Miami Marlins Vice President of Partnership Development & Marketing Robert Gelman said the club expects the arrangement to bring new rewards, experiences, and team-related content to fans. Lauren Varnas, vice president of brand marketing at Hard Rock Digital, described the partnership as a natural fit rooted in South Florida.
Hard Rock Bet said it is the only place to legally bet on sports in Florida, making the Marlins agreement a notable branding move in the state’s current sports betting market.
For players, the practical changes to watch are the August launch of the grand slam promotion and the added Hard Rock Bet presence during Marlins broadcasts and at loanDepot park.
